I call this template "Sky Pirates" because I actually created this template for a customer who wanted it to be pirate themed. The entire template is coded in valid CSS, valid XHTML. I used some CSS codes from Rizzle Studios's "grey//tech" layout. In addition, the idea for the header was also adopted from the same layout.
The layout was created using Macromedia Fireworks, Microsoft Paint, Microsoft NotePad and Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003
I added a advertisement area because I know many people tend to put Google Adsense codes both on the header. For those that do not, you can simply remove that area and the template will still look good. I also added a adsense area to the left menu under the sub-links area to allow more advertising abilities.

Along with the layout I included couple of banners/header images. They are all in editable Macromedia files (.png) and are transparent. I have also included a 480x72 advertisement bar.
