Spamming
For spammers, here’s some information just to be extra clear:
- I have a zero spam policy. That means that I do not tolerate ANY spam or spammers.
- NO websites submitted by spammers will ever be listed on my site.
- Websites submitted by spammers are banned indefinitely.
- All referral links from spam sites are blocked indefinitely.
- I report all spammers to “spam-away” sites.
- I will never visit or link to spam sites, link farm sites, or other spammers’ sites.
- I actively block referral links from all link farm sites and spam sites.
- I save all spam submissions to provide to appropriate law enforcement.
I share my blacklists, so in addition to being permanently banned from this site, spammers here risk being banned from literally hundreds of thousands of websites and servers.
Access to My Site
I try and ensure that availability to the website is uninterrupted and transmissions will be error free. However, I cannot due to the nature of the internet, guarantee that your access will not be suspended or restricted from time to time including to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services or that errors may occur. I of course try and limit the frequency and duration of any suspension or restriction.
Accounts and Passwords
Whether you have purchased an online subscription or are a registered user to another part of my personal website, the details which are registered with me, allow you and only you use on my website, for as long as I allow access, or in the case of a subscription, for the period of the contract. Personal accounts therefore may not be shared.
Downloadable Content
Any downloadable content found on this site are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind. With that said, I, Sazzad Hossain, hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to the downloadable content found on my site, including warranties and conditions of mechantability, whether express, implied or statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. In no event shall I be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use of the downloadable content.
Copyright Infringement
I take copyright infringement seriously. To develop/design a product takes time and effort. I work hard to make my products and would really appreciate if you, the visitor of my site, leave the copyrights provided on my work as a form of appreciation for my hard work. If you feel the need to remove any copyright on my work, you can purchase a copyright removal license from me for a small fee of $10 (USD). This copyright removal license is valid for a lifetime and only applies to only one design/product. You can purchase more copyright removal license for an additional $7 per license. Please note that in order to get this discount, all copyright removals must be purchased at the same time.
Re-Registering
If you, for any reason what so ever, were banned from my site, you are not allowed to re-register for an account. I do not allow instant IP blocking because I know many computers are networked and not all users use their home computers to access my website all the time. However, if it shall require, I will begin to apply auto-IP ban to any banned accounts. If you believe you were banned for an uncalled reason, please contact me as soon as possible with explanation and proof.

Site Rippers, Mass Downloader’s, and Offline Browsers
Visitors may not, under any circumstances, use site rippers, offline browsers, site downloader’s, or automated software to access or download anything from my website. It is forbidden to save entire pages to download the graphics, presets, or other materials from our site.
